Cox Drive 19

The Cox Drive 19 pairs a 19″ (480mm) steel deck with the ultra-reliable Kohler XTX775 engine and a single-speed belt drive, so the mower does the walking while you steer.

It runs the same swing-back blade system Cox is known for – a steel cutter disk with 4 blades that fold back out of the way if they clip a rock or root, instead of stopping dead. Eight cutting heights from 20mm to 80mm cover everything from a tight spring trim to a paddock-edge tidy-up, and the 45L hard catcher clips on for a clean finish. A mulch plug is included if you’d rather feed the clippings back into the lawn, and rear discharge is there for anyone who just wants to get the job done.

Big 8″ ball-bearing wheels front and rear roll easily over uneven ground, and at 35kg it’s solid enough to handle a decent-sized block without feeling like hard work, thanks to the drive. Recoil start, upturned ergonomic handles, ready to go.
